Was listening to Elvis Presley's 'In The Ghetto' - great song...and had just re-read 'Touching From A Distance' the book on Ian Curtis and Joy Division written by his wife...plus me old mate Martin Stephenson in a phone conversation one night said go and write a song called 'Things Are Gonna' Change' so I thought I'd set myself a songwriting task and produce a song from those ingredients...the icing on the cake were the wonderful Birmingham based Clarion Singers Socialist Choir. Hope you like it :-)
